Required Information

To create (register) a merchant within the Moyasar Payment Gateway you need to provide the following information through the platform API:

Field	Description	Required?	Possible Values
type	Type of the Merchant.	✅	freelancer, establishment, company, foreign_company, government, charity
admin_email	Administrator email that will be automatically invited to access https://dashboard.moyasar.com.	✅	A valid email address
owners_count	The number of owners as appears in the Commercial Registration. This will be used to determine the number of required Owner ID (national ID or Iqama) and the required number of National Addresses.	✅	Interger greater than or equal to 1
signatory	The authorized signatory type, this is required to determine who is authorized to sign the contract.	✅	owner, commercial_contract, power_of_attorney
signatory_count	The number of people authorized to sign, only needed when signatory is commercial_contract or power_of_attorney.	✳️	Interger greater than or equal to 1
activity_license_required	An indication of if a special license is required to operate the business (dictated by Commercial Registration).	✅	true or false
name	Machine friendly merchant name, for internal uses only.	✅	Alpha-Numeric and Underscores
public_name	Human friendly name used in display.	✅	Any Text
country	Merchant country, e.g. "SA".	✅	ISO-3166 alpha 2 code.
time_zone	A valid timezone identifier, e.g. Asia/Riyadh.	✅	Valid timezone identifier.
website	The merchants website.	✅	URL
email	The merchants email (info or support).	✅	Email
enabled_schemes	A list of enabled payment schemes, i.e. MADA, Visa, or MasterCard.	✅	Array (list) with a combination of mada, visa and/or master.
fees	Fee matrix for this client, see the Fees page.	✅	Object (Hash).

Fees

The fees object defines what Moyasar charges the merchant for each payment scheme. See the dedicated Fees page for the full fee matrix and how fees are calculated.
